I have to constantly remind myself that practice is supposed to make performing a task easier, not more difficult!<br \/>\nDo read the whole article before jumping to conclusions!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Nimbus Sans L', sans-serif;\">Whenever we learn to make a new movement, we form and then update an internal model\u2014a \u201csensorimotor map\u201d\u2014which our nervous system uses to predict our muscles\u2019 motions and the resistance they will encounter.
