So, posting these breakages on the internet has some effect, however small or deluded – that was a pretty quick response.
Any publicity might be good for an airline, but good publicity is probably better!
So don’t give up! Sign the petition.
Next question – are they going to fix it?
Saying sorry is not the same as hard cash!

I have never had a problem getting my guitar onto one of the 30 or so flights I have had with Cathay.
